Two and Four Bedroom Townhomes

Two bedroom units are two story, 1100 square feet of living space, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen with full sized appliances, washer and dryer.

Four bedroom units are three story, 1800 square feet of living space, four bathrooms, kitchen with full sized appliances, washer and dryer.

Pool is open to townhouse guests from 9:00am to 9:00pm through Labor Day.

Linens and paper products supplied. No in unit smoking, sorry, no pets.

First floor offers a combined living/dining area, kitchen, half bath and access to either a patio or a deck directly off the living room.

Second floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

In unit amenities include fireplace, full sized oven/range, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, stack washer and dryer, cable television with HBO, complimentary local access telephone.

Additional amenities include VCR or DVD player.

Kitchens are equipped with basic cooking utensils, eating utensils, liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towel. Beds are made and bath linens are in unit for your arrival. Extra pillows and blankets are also in the unit. Facial and bath soaps, facial tissue and toilet tissue are provided.

Deck or patio at rear of unit is accessible by living room sliding glass door with a view of either a common area with an outdoor pool or a large mowed lawn with hill in background. Units have air conditioning – either central air or individual wall units.

All townhouses are individually owned. Decor and occupancy vary by unit. Occupancy ranges from 4-8.

2009 Two Bedroom Spring and Fall Rates:
$800 weekly (rate does not include tax*)

2009 Two Bedroom Summer Rates:
$1000-$1200 weekly (rate does not include tax*)

*Rates do not include lodging tax, 6% State plus 2% local Traverse City Convention and Visitors Bureau
